The fourth HL7 Europe Working Group Meeting will take place in Málaga, Spain, dedicated to continued work on the HL7® FHIR® Specifications for the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and the European EHR Exchange Format (EEHRxF). Hands-On tutorials and validation and testing sessions are also planned.

This is a brilliant opportunity for you to show your support to the European FHIR community, bring the standard forward and make your company or affiliate visible for current and future EHDS activities.

Levels

GOLD: 4,400 EUR (excl. VAT)

• Up to two banners or roll-ups in the plenary meeting room
• Two slides during the morning sessions
• Visibility at the Opening & Closing Ceremony
• Verbal mention as Gold Sponsor at the networking reception
• Name, level and logo in the digital agenda
• At least one feature in the social media series, with name and logo
• Sponsor staff rate for up to two persons

SILVER: 2,700 EUR (excl. VAT)

• One banner or roll-up in the plenary meeting room
• One slide during the morning sessions
• Name, level and logo in the digital agenda
• Sponsor staff rate for one person

AFFILIATE: 700 EUR per unit (excl. VAT)

• Logo on the shared affiliate sponsor slide during the morning sessions
• Name and logo in the digital agenda
• Sponsor staff rate for one person per unit

Sponsor staff rate

Sponsor staff register at 399 EUR per person, including 21 % Spanish VAT, up to the number stated for each package. Using the rate is optional. Registration goes through the regular event registration and is invoiced separately from the sponsorship. Sponsorship packages do not include registration.

Terms

Package prices exclude VAT. The VAT treatment depends on where the sponsoring organisation is established:

• Belgian VAT for Belgian organisations
• reverse charge for VAT-registered organisations in other EU Member States
• no EU VAT for organisations outside the EU

Sponsors produce, ship, install and remove their own banners and roll-ups. Logo files are due by 1 November 2026. The sponsorship agreement sets out the binding terms.
